The website hss.com is operated by HSS Hire Service Group Limited (HSS) with Group Offices at 25 Willow Lane, Mitcham, Surrey CR4 4TS, England. It provides a portal, or gateway to the services offered by the HSS Group, its subsidiaries and franchisees worldwide. Hire and rental services may be obtained from Local Sites.

References to 'you' and 'your' are references to the person(s) accessing the Site or any Local Site.
References to 'we', 'us' and 'our' are references to hss.com.
References to 'HSS' are references to HSS Hire Service Group Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

Local Sites

Indemnification

No Waiver / Severability

No action of HSS, other than an express written waiver or amendment, may be construed as a waiver or amendment of this Site Usage Agreement. Should any clause of this Agreement be found unenforceable, wherever possible this will not affect any other clause and each will remain in full force and effect.

Passwords

To use certain features of the site, you must register with HSS when you register, you must provide accurate and complete information and up-date such information when necessary so it remains accurate and complete. When you register and are accepted as a registered user of the Site, you choose a unique user name and password. Please use maximum caution to keep your user name and password confidential and log-off from the Site when your session is complete to prevent unauthorised access to your information. If your user name or password is subject to unauthorised access, you should immediately inform us by email to hire@hss.com.

Miscellaneous

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and understand it, and agree to be bound by all its terms and conditions. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and merges all prior and contemporaneous communications. This Agreement shall not be modified except by a written agreement signed by duly authorized representatives of HSS, provided that no purchase order or similar document issued by you shall modify this Agreement even if signed by HSS. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. The parties intend that the provisions of this Agreement be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, the parties agree that if any provisions are deemed not enforceable, they shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make them enforceable and in such manner as comes closest to the intentions of the parties to this Agreement as is possible. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties, their successors and assigns, except that you may not assign or transfer this Agreement without HSS' prior written consent.
