International Women’s Day (IWD) is a day to celebrate the achievements of women around the world. Meet some of the amazing women who are making a difference across HSS, and discover why we’re going to #BeBoldForChange on 8th March 2017.
Why is International Women’s Day important to us?
Here at HSS, we provide the tools and the services that help our customers make more of their working days. But what you might not know is that we’re also committed to doing the same for our people, too. In fact, our commitment stretches to more than just working days – we focus on making entire careers and working lives the best they can be, too.
And that’s why International Women’s Day is so important to us.
Women have always played strong leadership roles here at HSS, and we’re proud to support the women who work in all areas of our business. We’re recognised across the UK as a business with strong ethics and a brilliant company culture. But we also want everyone to know that we’re an inclusive employer too, and one that respects every single one of our employees.
Put simply, it’s all down to our HSSness. It’s the blue and yellow lifeblood of our business. It’s what makes our people great. It’s what sets us apart from the rest of our industry. It’s what empowers us to take groundbreaking action that drives the greatest change for women.
