Purchased an item from us and need to return it or apply for a refund? You're through to the right place. Below you'll find instructions on how to do both. Just fill in the form and we'll do the rest.
Q: What happens when I fill in the form?
A: Once completed, we will send your information securely to our online support team, who will begin the process for you. You will receive an email confirmation from us when your request has been processed.
As the items you have bought don't come from HSS directly, we will speak with our supplier and get a returns number for you. Please do not return anything to us without this number. If the returns number isn't included, there's a chance we may not be able to match your order once it arrives back at the warehouse. We aim to get the returns number back to you within 24 hours of submitting the form. Again, your email confirmation from us will confirm this.
Q: How quickly will I get my refund?
A: Once a returns number has been generated and your item has been sent back, your refund can take between three and seven working days to appear back in your account.
Q: Do I pay for postage?
A:HSS will pay for postage if the items are damaged/faulty or the wrong item has been sent. In all other circumstances, you will need to pay for the returns postage.
Q: Do i need specific labels for the items I'm returning?
A: If you are returning batteries, you will need an additional label to send through the post. The label can be found here
