Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: The day before your order is due, we will send an email with a delivery window of morning or afternoon. On the day of your delivery, we will email an accurate delivery time window.
Q: When will you collect the equipment when my hire has finished?
A: If you had your equipment delivered, we will collect within 7 days of order end date. If you collected your equipment from a branch, it is your responsibility to return it to branch.
Q: When will I get my deposit back?
A: Your deposit will be returned once your equipment has been received to the relevant branch or depot. This can take 7-10 days depending on your bank.
Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
A: We endevor to deliver within the set time window but if there is a delay we will let you know. An accurate delivery ETA will be sent on email once delivery drivers have confirmed.
Q: There is a problem with the equipment I have hired, what should I do?
A: If there is a technical problem with the equipment, please speak to one of our live chat agents. They may be able to troubleshoot to resolve the issue. If unsuccessful they can arrange for alternative equipment to be swapped accordingly.
