In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, we are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage resulting from reliance on this video, including (but not limited to) where:

• The equipment is used other than in accordance with manufacturer instructions or our hire guidance.
• The safety advice in this video is not followed.
• The equipment is misused, modified or used for purposes for which it was not designed.
• Loss or damage arises from conditions or circumstances outside our control.
