February ‘Love Your Project’ competition

1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is HSS ProService Limited, Building Two, Think Park, Manchester, M17 1FQ (the "Promoter").

2. The Competition

The title of the competition is ‘Love Your Project’.

3. How to Enter

3.1. The competition will run from 19:00 on 2 February 2026 (the "Opening Time") to 23:59 on 28 February 2026 (the "Closing Time").

3.2. All competition entries must be made before the Closing Time. All competition entries received after the Closing Time are automatically disqualified.

3.3. To enter the competition, you must:

3.3.1. follow the Promoter’s Instagram account, @HSS.DIY ("Promoter Account"); and

3.3.2. tag the Promoter Account in a main grid post of your favourite diy project, explain why you love that project in the caption, and use the hashtag #myHSSDIY.

3.4. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

3.5. The Promoter will not accept:

3.5.1. responsibility for competition entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any failure of or error with a website or social media account, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

3.5.2. evidence of following or tagging a Promoter Account as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

3.6. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility

4.1. The Promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except:

4.1.1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

4.1.2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

4.1.3. members of the immediate families or households of the persons mentioned in Condition 4.1.1 or Condition 4.1.2.

4.2. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

4.3. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:

4.3.1. automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);

4.3.2. completed by third parties or in bulk;

4.3.3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or

4.3.4. incomplete.

4.4. There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

4.5. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

5. The Prize

5.1. The prize is £1,000 towards your next hire of equipment, or purchase of equipment or building materials, placed with HSS DIY. There is one prize to win.

5.2. There is no cash alternative for the prize.

5.3. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

5.4. To redeem the prize, you must place an order by telephone with HSS DIY for the hire of equipment, or the purchase of equipment or building materials.

5.5. If you do not redeem the prize within 12 months of the Announcement Date, the prize will become invalid.

5.6. The prize cannot be redeemed against any requirement to pay a deposit for hire equipment. If a deposit is required, the winner will need to pay this amount from their own funds.

5.7. The prize cannot be redeemed against any hire of equipment that requires you to provide proof of your identity.

5.8. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to redeem the prize.

6. The Winner

6.1. The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries that were received before the Closing Time.

6.2. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

6.3. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the surname and county of the prize winner via the Promoter Account before the end of March 2026 ("Announcement Date").

6.4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at marketingmailbox@hss.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7. Claiming the Prize

7.1. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the social media account used by the winner to enter the competition.

7.2. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not contacted the Promoter within 10 working days of the date that the Promoter first contacted or attempted to contact the winner, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

7.3. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

8. Limitation of Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Data Protection and Publicity

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the hss.com. See also Condition 6.3 and Condition 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.

10. General

10.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

10.3. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this competition wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

HSS DIY Blue Monday Competition

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is HSS ProService Limited, Building Two, Think Park, Manchester, M17 1FQ (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period

a. The competition opens on 19 January 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 January 2026 (“the Competition Period”).

b. Entries submitted outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

a. To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions stated in the relevant competition post on the official HSS DIY social media account during the Competition Period.

b. No purchase is necessary to enter.

c. Only one entry per person is permitted.

d. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

e. Automated, bulk, AI-generated, third-party, bot, script or mass entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.

4. Prize

a. There is one prize available to be won:

b. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

c. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

a. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the Competition Period has closed.

b. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram or Facebook from an official HSS DIY account.

c. If the winner does not respond within five (5) working days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.

d. In line with regulatory requirements, the Promoter will publish the surname and county of the winner on Instagram or Facebook within one month of the competition closing.

e. If the winner objects to their surname and county being published, they should contact communications@hss.com. The Promoter may still be required to provide these details to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

6. Eligibility

a. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

b. Employees of ProService Building Services Marketplace plc, its subsidiaries, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

c. Entrants may be required to provide proof of eligibility.

d. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

7. General Conditions

a. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

b. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

c. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.

d. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical issues, platform outages or connectivity problems.

e. Any additional costs incurred in connection with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Privacy

Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of the competition and the awarding of the prize. It may be shared with third parties only where necessary for prize fulfilment.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition series is HSS ProService Limited, Building Two, Think Park, M17 1FQ.

2. Competition Period

a. This promotion consists of 12 separate competitions (“the Competitions”) running between 2 December 2025 and 6 January 2026.

b. Competitions 1 to 11 each open at the time of posting and close at 23:59 the following day.

• Competition 2: Opens 4 December 2025, closes 5 December 2025 at 23:59
• Competition 3: Opens 6 December 2025, closes 7 December 2025 at 23:59
• Competition 4: Opens 8 December 2025, closes 9 December 2025 at 23:59
• Competition 5: Opens 10 December 2025, closes 11 December 2025 at 23:59
• Competition 6: Opens 12 December 2025, closes 13 December 2025 at 23:59
• Competition 7: Opens 14 December 2025, closes 15 December 2025 at 23:59
• Competition 8: Opens 16 December 2025, closes 17 December 2025 at 23:59

c. Competition 12 opens on 24 December 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 6 January 2026.

d. Each Competition is treated as a separate prize draw, with its own entry window and winner.

3. How to Enter

a. To enter a Competition, participants must follow the entry instructions stated in the relevant Competition post on the official HSS DIY social media account during that Competition’s entry period.

b. Entries submitted after the relevant closing date will not be accepted.

c. No purchase is necessary to enter.

d. Only one entry per person per Competition is permitted.

e. Automated, bulk, AI-generated, or third-party entries are not permitted.

f. Prize redemption (where applicable):
Where a Competition offers a voucher, winners must place an order through hss.com within three months of the voucher being issued. The winner will be reimbursed up to the voucher value within 14 working days of the date. Security deposits must be paid prior to any equipment being supplied.

Voucher prize conditions

Where a prize includes a voucher:

• It can only be used for one hire transaction and cannot be split.
• It is valid for “core” hire equipment owned by HSS ProService.
• It must be redeemed via hss.com (DIY brand).
• It is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• It must be used within three months of issue.

a. One winner will be selected at random for each Competition after the relevant closing date.

b. Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram or Facebook from an official HSS account.

e. Any additional costs not stated as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
f. HSS ProService may exclude entrants for breaching these terms.
