HSS DIY Social Media Competition – Terms and Conditions

Promoter
The promoter of this competition is HSS ProService Limited, Building Two, Think Park, M17 1FQ.

Competition Period
The competition runs from 01/07/2025 - ​08/07/2025 . Voucher can be claimed up to 30/09/2025, after that it will expire.

How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must like, follow, and comment under the specified social media post on the official HSS DIY account during the competition period. Only one entry per person is allowed.

To claim your prize, you must place your order through hss.com, within the competition dates, and you will be reimbursed up to the value of £250 within 14 working days of the hire date. Security deposits must be paid before any equipment is sent.

Prize
The prize is a £250 voucher to be used on the entrant’s next hire with HSS ProService, on hss.com.
a. The voucher can only be used on one hire and cannot be split across multiple hires.
b. The voucher is valid only for ‘core’ range hire equipment owned by HSS ProService and cannot be used to buy tools or equipment.
c. The voucher is only redeemable via hss.com (DIY brand) and cannot be used on the HSS ProService Marketplace portal.
d. The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.
e. The voucher must be used within three months of being issued.

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen at random on 10th July 2025, and they will contacted via direct message on either Instagram or Facebook. If the winner does not come forward within five working days, another draw will take place.

Eligibility
a. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
b. Employees of HSS Hire Group plc, its subsidiaries, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

General
a. HSS ProService reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend this promotion if necessary.
b. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
c. The decision of HSS ProService regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
d. HSS ProService is not responsible for any entries not successfully submitted due to technical faults or issues with social media platforms.
e. Any additional costs or arrangements not specifically outlined as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Privacy
Personal data provided in connection with the competition will be used only for administering the competition and fulfilling the prize. It may be shared with third-party suppliers only where necessary. For more information, see the HSS privacy policy at hss.com.

Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
