Q: How quickly will I get my refund?
A: Once a returns number has been generated and your item has been sent back, your refund can take between three and seven working days to appear back in your account.
Q: Do I pay for returns?
A: If your items arrive damaged/faulty or the wrong item has been sent, there will be no charge to return and HSS will arrange this for you. In all other circumstances you will need to pay to return your item(s). The cost will be subject to your parcels weight and/or the returns option you choose.
