Q: How quickly will I get my refund?
A: Once a returns number has been generated and your item has been sent back, your refund can take between three and seven working days to appear back in your account.
Q: Do I pay for postage?
A: HSS will pay for postage if the items are damaged/faulty or the wrong item has been sent. In all other circumstances, you will need to pay for the returns postage.

Q: Is there a cut off time for next day delivery?
A: Providing an order is placed before 4pm Monday to Friday and stock is available, this will be delivered to either your chosen address or HSS location.
Please note: Deliveries are Monday to Friday only. Weekend deliveries are currently unavailable.
