When working on garden beds and borders we offer a choice of garden tools that you can buy online. Our tools come from top brands including Bulldog, Faithfull, Fiskars, and Kent & Stowe, to help you dig, loosen and turn the soil and remove troublesome weeds.

A hoe will help break up the soil to create a looser texture, they can also be used for cutting the roots of weeds near the surface. A cultivator is a great tool for loosening soil to let in air, heat and water. If you need to lift plants, dig out weeds, and fork in manure in confined spaces take a look at our range of hand and digging forks. A spade will assist in cutting, lifting, mixing and moving soil; look for a larger tread edge and lightweight models for added comfort when working on bigger areas for extended periods. For turning the very top layer of soil or for levelling sand and gravel, we have a range of rakes for sale.

If you are going to be using them regularly, look out for carbon steel tools which are corrosion resistant and offer strength and durability.
